ResponseText represents texts of responses.

The text may be prefixed by a ResponseCode.

ResponseText is returned from TaggedResponse#data, or from UntaggedResponse#data when the response type is a “condition” (“OK”, “NO”, “BAD”, “PREAUTH”, or “BYE”).
